Protection of your personal data has always been an important concern for us, and we pay attention to it in all our services and in our
Internet offering. This statement informs you about our storage of data, the type of data, our purpose for storing it and our identity (see legal
notice), as well as about the rights data subjects have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It also obtains your consent to
our collection and processing of personal data which you voluntarily provide via our website or otherwise when contacting us. This statement
does not cover data other than personal data.
You can generally use our website without providing personal data. To the extent that we collect personal data (e.g. your name, address and
e-mail address) via our website, we will always do so on a voluntary basis as far as possible. We will not pass this data on to third parties

We store all data received for processing exclusively on our own servers and do not pass it on to external service providers or in clouds to
external servers.
By providing personal data, you agree that this data may be transferred to authorities and persons who are bound by professional secrecy
such as lawyers, tax consultants, auditors or insurance ombudsmen, insofar as this is necessary for the fulfilment of the contractual
purposes. When passing on data to parties other than public authorities, such as software companies and IT service providers, it is a
prerequisite that they undertake, on the basis of statutory provisions, to comply with the requirements of the GDPR and the BDSG in
accordance with applicable law and to ensure confidentiality by means of appropriate measures and policies.
Health data may only be passed on if absolutely necessary for the fulfilment of the contractual purposes. The data subject may object to the
collection of personal health data and demand that data be collected only if consent has been given specifically for that collection.
Notifications according to Section 33 of the BDSG must be addressed directly to the person concerned.
In principle, no personal data may be processed without consent (as defined in Art. 4(11) GDPR), unless it is expressly permitted. The client
further agrees that data which has been collected and stored shall remain stored, even after completion of the order, to the extent necessary
for the performance of the contract and shall then be deleted. Data protection breaches must be documented and reported within 72 hours.
In addition to performing the services you have requested, we would like to offer you (of course only if you explicitly agree to this at a
separate point) a website tailored to your interests and to occasionally send you interesting news and information about our company or our
range of goods and services by post or e-mail (in the form of our newsletter) on the basis of your data, and we will then use your data for the
necessary evaluation.
It will be technically necessary for us to summarise produced or collected data about you in user profiles and to evaluate them for the above
purposes. This will only be done internally and for the above purposes.

Newsletter data:

If you send us enquiries using the contact form, we will store your details from the form, including the contact data you have provided, for the
purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of any follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent. You may
subsequently revoke such consent at any time with immediate effect.

Some of our Internet pages use cookies. Cookies will not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer
