In 2003, in collaboration with the VDF, we began offering daily allowance and occupational disability insurance on the Austrian market as well.
Until then, accident insurance had been the standard form of cover for professionals.
From the very start, Generali stood by us as a reliable partner, and this product is still available today in its original form! A success story, because to this day every player has received every euro of compensation for which they were insured.
As our players were increasingly moving abroad, we also had to bring international insurance partners on board and were able to develop our own products directly with Lloyd's of London.
Our aim was, and still is, to support a player from the academy right through to the end of his career.
This applies to insurance, as well as investments in property and securities.
Our task is to find the most established and reliable partners with whom we can negotiate top terms, which we then pass on to our players.
